Street Favorites is a technology platform that connects customers with independent vendors who sell food, beverages, and other products.
Vendors are not employees, contractors, or agents of Street Favorites. They operate entirely on their own.
Street Favorites does not prepare, package, deliver, or sell any products.

2. No Liability for Food Safety or Health Issues
Vendors are fully responsible for following all health, safety, labeling, and licensing laws.
Street Favorites is not liable for:
Illness, allergic reactions, injury, or adverse effects caused by food or products.
The safety, quality, legality, or accuracy of any product listed.

3. Alcohol, Edibles, and Restricted Products
Vendors are responsible for compliance with all laws when selling alcoholic beverages, cannabis edibles, or other restricted products.
Street Favorites does not verify, endorse, or participate in the sale of such products.

4. Customer Assumption of Risk
By using the platform, customers acknowledge they assume all risks of consuming food or products purchased from vendors.
Customers release Street Favorites from any claims, damages, or liability relating to their use of the platform.

5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food sales, health, safety, and licensing.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Street Favorites from any claims, damages, or legal actions related to their products or services.

6. Platform Use
Users agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Street Favorites may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
